The pace of modern life has made getting a full nights sleep a big challenge for many people and yet it can be a huge block to achieving our health and fitness goals as so much integral repair and growth happens whilst we are asleep. On a thrive retreat we put rest and recovery at the forefront and guide you through a range of recovery techniques to ensure all your efforts are fully realised, including hot and cold therapy, stress-relieving sound baths, soothing Yin Yoga and nature walks through the breathtaking Yorkshire Dales. Our recovery programme also encompasses ‘me time’ in Avalon pool and spa suite, as well as the chance to unwind and connect with a warm likeminded community. Our optional evening programme includes a fire temple party and a sleep-inducing sound bath.
