9.30am – 11.00am : Hybrid workout in studio : HIIT & weights
11.00am – 12.00pm : Free time
12.15am - 1.00pm : Lunch
1.30pm -3.00pm : Cardio activity - Broughton team games
3.30pm - 5.30pm : Rest & recovery session - wild swimming, woodland sauna & ice barrels
6.00pm - 7.30pm : Free time (Avalon spa facilities open for use)
7.30pm - 10.00pm : Team dinner & Broughton fire-pit party
