We understand that fitness can feel like a huge mountain to climb when you’re getting started. We also know that sticking with it and making sustained progress requires new learnings, new motivations and fresh inspiration. Our methods focus on the exercises that are effective, time efficient and are based around activities you enjoy. We combine the joy of being immersed in nature and in beautifully crafted studio spaces with variety and options to help you discover what works for you. Wherever you are on your fitness journey, at a Thrive retreat, our expert team empower and enable you to achieve results in a healthy and sustainable way. We have a team of encouraging trainers to guide you through each activity, including a rehab specialist that can work with you around any injuries or limitations, and is also available for one-on-one rehab. Our goal is for you to experience fitness differently – whether it’s through stand-out activities and experiences, new education and learnings or through one-on-one support from our expert course leaders. You will leave a Thrive retreat, prescribed with an exercise programme tailored to your life and your needs.
